Important Notes

A deposit of 50% will be required to secure a reservation.
Reservation / alterations not confirmed with a fax (with all required detail) by the next day will be cancelled.
Rates exclude Breakfast.
We regret that pets are strictly not allowed.
Accommodation facilities are ready for occupation by 15h00 on arrival date and should be vacated by 10h00 on day of departure.
When doing Internet transfer for deposits, please specify surname or date on deposito as reference in order for us to finalize bookings. East Gate will not be held responsible for deposits made without these identifying references.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The deposit paid will only be refunded if cancellation is received in writing at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Booking done on the same day will only be kept until 18h00 on the day of arrival unless otherwise arrival arranged.
After 18h00 all bookings not taken up will be reallocated on a walk-in basis at the discretion of management which in such a case is final.
